Counselling &
Psychotherapy

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you are not living the life you were meant to lead. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support in a safe and confidential space.

I provide counselling to individuals and couples. I believe we often know our own solutions to life’s challenges but often need help realizing them. Life can be full of struggles but it is possible to find ways to create a more healthy and meaningful life. Through counselling or psychotherapy I can assist you in becoming more aware of yourself and to develop various strategies and resources that will help you. Together we can bring about change and uncover new possibilities and directions in your life.

You may be considering counselling for many reasons:

Depression

Anxiety

Relationship difficulties

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Identity.

Life transitions

Stress management

Other issues

At your initial appointment I will ask some questions to get to know you more and take some brief background history from you including your medical history. We will discuss what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to achieve from our sessions together. During our session we will discuss your length of therapy, my fees and payment options. After your initial consult there is no pressure or obligation to continue, you may prefer to have some space before committing.
